Recharge your batteries and experience the pinnacle of Alpine wellness during a a professional hydrotherapy treatment at a Wellsystem hydrojet massage. Or how about a visit to our cryo chamber or our extravagant Private Spa?
All massages and spa treatments can be easily booked by phone at +43 5444 606 400. Reservation inquiries can also be sent via email to therme@silvretta.at.
Our spa team is available for you on Tuesdays from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and from Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. On Mondays, our spa is closed to prepare for your next moments of relaxation in the best possible way.
For external bookings, we kindly request your full name and a mobile phone number. Payments are accepted exclusively with MasterCard, Visa, or debit card.
As an external guest, you can easily find our spa, with parking spaces conveniently located right at the entrance.
Our Spa Etiquette

Punctuality: Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your treatment in our spa area. If you arrive late, the treatment duration will be adjusted accordingly. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund in such cases.

Clothing and Preparation:
- For the use of the cryotherapy chamber, please wear your underwear. We will provide you with socks, ear protection, and a breathing mask.
- For all other massages, please wear a bathrobe. Disposable underwear will be provided by us.
- Before using the cryotherapy chamber, you must complete an electronic questionnaire to determine your individual treatment duration.

Personalization:
- To tailor the massage to your needs, we require a completed questionnaire, which will be available for you at the spa.
- Please note that we do not offer massages for pregnant guests.
- In cases of unclear or medically unassessed injuries, the affected area will be excluded from the treatment.
- If you have any questions, uncertainties, or specific requests, please feel free to discuss them directly with your therapist.

Conduct: We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot treat guests who are visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
RESERVATIONS:
- Guests of the Silvretta Therme can make reservations at the cash desk, the sauna counter, the fitness counter, or the spa reception.
- External guests can reserve by phone at +43 5444 606 400 or send reservation inquiries via email to therme@silvretta.at.
The entrance for external guests is located at Brandweg 3 (sauna building), where a public short-term parking zone is also available.
PAYMENT:
- Spa costs can be conveniently charged to the chip wristband for Silvretta Therme guests and paid at the vending machine or exit cashier desk.
- External guests can pay for treatments directly at the wellness counter using a credit or debit card. Please note that cash payments are not accepted at the wellness counter.
